My Saturday was spent differently today. Was accompanied by my mother early in the morning to the driving centre and then had our breakfast at QIJI at Funan.Then headed down to Bugis to grab my younger brother's goodie bags for his classmates.

Then had dinner with my dad and mum at KEMBANGAN. When you young folks were out there partying and having fun with your mates doing the same old shit every week, mine was different today. And the quality time spent was Pure Love.And my father was the most Random person today asking/talking to me about GIRLFRIENDS! =)

Did nothing much today but laugh,laugh,laugh and laugh. =D We(AHMAD,AKID & ME) was supposed to finish up a song today at AKID's place but instead we did stuffs that are not related to our band. Watched DVDs and Played WINNING ELEVEN and we ended up laughing like the hyenas in the movie the LION KING.

Mundane Monday

Someone's got to do something about this mundane Mondays or what people will like to call it the Monday Blues. Well there's a difference between those two. Monday Blues are just an excuse people give when they are tired to do what something, like their daily routine such as work and school. Where as Mundane Monday is someone who gives an excuse that they have nothing to do when they have loads of stuff to do. So people,stop giving excuses cause life goes on.

It started with the rain.The moment i woke up and realised that its was raining has already made me feel like sleeping in for the day.Nonetheless I had to meet them.And also was looking forward to the local acts at SCAPE.And it wasn't a disappointment.

Best act of the day was from YOUNG.This dude is bringing something new to the local hip hop scene.I applaud him for being different and also bringing in something new.And his vibe was simply awesome, you guys should catch him "Live" if you got the chance to.


Have been meeting HAZY quite often i guess. But haven't been snapping photos often. Ha-ha.Shit always happen when you have two groups of friends and your caught in the middle.Dang!Till then mates!

The day could not start off any better. Had lunch with HAZY. That means all the way to WOODLANDS. I somehow miss being there becuase i miss school and i miss all my classmates!Well, this time around HAZY was late. She walked from her place to CAUSEWAYPOINT. So she's excused. Thought that the whole of 21s will be there but only ARSHAD the bassist was there but it was alright.Had a lof of laughing time just now and finally i saw CHUCKY playing soccer. HA-HA.

I'm currently missing my gf,ZOE. Its been a while since i saw her.The very last time i saw her was in early February and now its coming to an end and still haven't get to meet her. When she's back in SG, the chances of meeting her would be even lesser. What ever it is, wherever you are, i hope you are well and hope that you have recovered from your injury.

Contented

Again, i only had an hour of sleep since yesterday.Had to wake up early in the morning again.My eyes hurts like hell now. Didn't manage to sleep upon reaching home because the chances of me over sleeping is very high.VERY VERY HIGH.

I can't be late today because we are meeting the Manager from GIBSON SINGAPORE. Oh yes, LOVE JETS are supported by GIBSON. We did'nt expect opportunities like this knocking on our doors but hey, i guess we were lucky.Some like our music and some don't. We cant expect everyone to like our music.

Well, the meeting was quite short though.They explained to us how things work and we cleared our doubts as well.AHMAD is the only lucky cunt cause he is using an EPIPHONE. But pity CHUCKY the most, not even a pair of drumsticks for him.

Right after that we went for an early dinner and chilled by the bay at the ESPLANADE. Then straight after that we headed home. And right after washing up, after going online, i got a text from someone. =) Never expected is though. Was waiting for a text the whole day.Hmmm, i guess today was better than my boring Monday. And now i feel like catching up on ONE PIECE. I miss Luffy antics.

Sometimes i wonder why are we musicians and not comedians.

Monday was boring for me. Woke up at 0545hrs today.Mum forced me to wake up.Pfft.Did nothing much today at home. My day was wasted doing nothing today.Then during the night, chatted with some mates and I was still bored. Even AKID was busy with something.Lucky I'm hooked to FIGHT NIGHT 3. Can't Help Falling In Love

Finally, i get to spend some quality time cleaning my room today. And finally it's clean! After i don't know how long.Woke up damn late just now. About four in the evening and it took me 3 hours to clean my room.

Something got me thinking today. After browsing through some pictures, i can conclude that some people change, some don't while others changed and went back to their old ways. Pity those people though, then again who am i to judge?

Well, as every one would like to call this very day on the 14th of February as Valentine's Day, I would like to call it the Single Awareness Day(S.A.D). On this very day, you would probably find more couples than single people out there. But this is the part that you are wrong. On this very day is the day that you would probably be aware that there are more Single singles out there wanting to have a date.



Well, met HAZY at orchard just now for a meet up. Then met HEIDI at Far East and had our early dinner. Then walk around town to check on some stuffs. And lastly i cant believe i hanged out at TAKASHIMAYA! AKID has already warned me about being one of the TAKA BOYZ. =)



Then sent HAZY at Somerset station.BOOHOO! She had to go home early. But met up with AKID after that. And both of us waited for those BROTHERS till..... Since AKID was craving for Nasi Lemak, we headed to Clarke Quay. Upon arrival, the shop was BURNING! NO LAR!
We had to head to LAU PA SAT for late dinner because they Nasi Lemak stall was closed.



The food there was quite nice but not that filling. After food, we took a stroll along Clarke Quay. It was YAN's idea, and yea it was a bad one! And finally, we ended at Bugis's LAN shop, where i am blogging right now. I'm gonna get my MacGriddles with them now. Till then mates!

The Day Before Valentine's

The day could'nt just start off any better.Was late for jamming just now because of the bloody bus.In my defence, it was never my fault. And sorry dudes for being late just now.As i mention, was not my fault.=) And well, it was a very hot day indeed just now and LOVE JETS couldnt agree more. We were all sweaty even before reaching the recording studio.

Recording a song in a studio is very new to us. We didnt even know our own song's tempo.And using the metronome to play is very "ALIEN" to us. Well, whatever it is, we didnt have any trouble recording the songs today.It was kinda a scary when its your turn to record your part. It felt like sitting for the GCE O Level Papers and not studying for it, but i manage to cope. The only problem was AKID. Haha. Only he took more takes than us combined! No offence dude, i still love you.


And yes, after recording we all had an empty stomach and decide to have an early dinner at CAHAYA. And was supposed to meet HAZY, but we ate first before meeting her. Sorry Love if we neglected you for a while. She was all naggy when we met. OMG! After a year plus of not meeting and all i got from her was her nagging. And yea, A YEAR PLUS OF NOT MEETING A FRIEND!


Well, in the end i had to pay the price of treating her ice cream. But it wasnt only her that wants to be treated.=) Then i didnt know how we ended up in Coffee Beans at the FORUM.The expectation of getting free coffee was way too much.All they got, yes they and not us, was SNAPPLE.

I did a little bit of math just now. And oh yea, i forget to introduce a new friend made just now. Her name is HEIDI and shes HAZY's buddy. She was doing some math and couldnt solve some equation. So i did almost all of it. And i ended up doing her HOMEWORK. I thought she was just practising!Yet i am tricked again.


I thought i wasnt capable of handling a Mathematic questions anymore, but my knowledge proved me wrong. Well i shall end this post with some pictures that ended the day today.Here is a photo of me with my long lost CRUSH. =D

I got myself a job without even asking for one. I didnt even applied for this position but it was given to me. Well, i had to tell her that i wasnt schooling and having a break. There you go. I cant keep secrets from her.Afterall, she is my mother.

Now i get this full time job as the maid in this house of mine. I know i should say that i am maid cause that will also mean that i am directly calling my mum the maid in this house. But, ouh who cares.

Can anyone tell me the point of having a crush? Or an infatuation? As for me., its a great help if your crush is in the same school as you. You will be anticipating her presence any time of the day, she might leave you upset for the day, or maybe make your day even if she never utter any words.

What's great would be that your crush is your own classmate! The spark of enthusiasm to go to school/class will be greater. But then, what if your crush thinks she doesn't need a guy in her life? Should you listen to her? That brings back to my question, what's the point of having a crush when you are crushed? =) But nonetheless, even if i am crushed, i will still be in my own world.

Anyways I'm not hooked to this song now, but will always be. Currently hooked to All About You by McFly and i have no idea why. The songs makes me feel like I'm in love again. But nonetheless, i still need to find my love out there.


And the worst thing is that my gf wont be in town for valentine's day. The yesterday, as i was walking past this shop, i saw an item for a couple. LOL. And ELLY was talking to me, but i suddenly went into my own world and said, " If only i have a valentine.." Today marks the 2nd month of 2009. Fast aye? So my blog is month old. Yea! Well, today's friendly really got me thinking whether should i continue playing soccer or not.
